October 17th came and went with nothing but smiles, tears of joy, laughter, family, friends and a ton of dancing and celebrating the marriage of Jenni and Kent...what a memorable day...what a fantastic time...what a ball we had at the reception...what a cry baby I was at the wedding...no surprise if you know me...I have a never been able to hide my emotions...I don't care, that's just how I roll...
We started off Saturday with treats from Jenni...our hair and make-up done for us!!! I loved this...how often do we get this luxury!?!?! Never.

Hayden and Erin...hanging out while the rest of us get all dolled up...he always seeks out the pretty ladies...
No. 2 and I... :)
This was our new little friend as we were driving to the church...mom was freaking out hitting the window...nice mom, go ahead and just break out the window just so the lizard isn't there!!!
Bridal bouquet...with our great-grandma's ring attached...I did this as well with my bouquet when Jim and I got married...
Feathers were sort of a big thing in this wedding...we each had one or two in our hair, on the tables, in our bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres...loved them!
The back of Jenni's beautiful dress...she looked amazing!!!! She was breath-taking, sensational, dreamy, etc...
Waiting for 5:00...notice the fan...it was 101 degrees on the wedding day...we tried to stay in as much as we could...
The reception at Dana and Jerry's house (Kent's mom and step dad)...it was absolutely beautiful, the pictures don't do it any justice...
The boys looked like caged up lions waiting to go down on the patio area to have a seat and eat dinner...or get near the pool...
Bride and grooms table...with Hayden, Emma, and Case...these three were the only children at the wedding and reception, well they may have been a couple others, but it was sure not a kid event...they boys behaved themselves really well except for when they had to get on the shuttle and go back to the villas with gma...they were very mad and did not want to leave...sorry kids, momma needs to dance...
Some of the decor mom and I have been collecting for the past year...it all turned out really great and Jenni was very very pleased with everything...
Father-daughter dance...song title: "Family Tradition", by Hank Williams, Jr...very fitting for the Kansas people!!!
the cake...the finger mark Case made before Jenni and Kent even saw it...nice, thank goodness it was on the side of the cake and not the front...
These cake toppers were used at mom and dad's wedding, my wedding and now Jenni's...don't worry Buck, I'll keep them handy for yours too... :)
We all had a great time and have spent the last week re-capping everything about those few days spent together out in Phoenix...Jenni, Buck, and I had a wonderful time together...it's not very often all of us are together at the same time...we are so proud of Jenni, so happy for her, and so excited we have Kent in our family now!!!
Jenni and Kent spent the next full week after the wedding in the Bahama's...poor things...now it's back to life, back to reality... :)
Love you Jenni, thanks for including me in every aspect of your special day...
And another BIG thanks to our Mom...she made Jenni's day very special and was there for everything from A to Z...it wouldn't have been possible without her...thanks mom!!! We love you so much!!
