Laura over at Elephant Juice has posted another "get REAL" challenge... "What has been occupying your time lately?" Well, I am so glad she asked...this last week has been very busy for me...
Besides taking care of my two raccoons and their father, I had the Women's Seminar at my church...I was in charge of the decor and putting it all together on the many tables...that took a lot of work...it's been over a month since us ladies have been working on it...and the actual Seminar was on Saturday and turned out GREAT!! I had a wonderful time. I have also been trying to catch a few garage sales to look for those one-of-a-kind treasures...I've been sewing here and there when I get a free minute...On Friday we had MOPS...martial arts demo...lets just say I am now prepared to attack anyone who approaches me in the parking lot of Wal-mart...and I wrote a little something to put in our MOPS April newsletter on the subject of "HOPE"...Friday afternoon I spray painted 25 pumps red (yes, shoes) for the Labette County Community College annual Scholarship Auction for later this month...I'm on that committee too...yes..for decorations...this year it's a Wizard of Oz theme...therefore the red pumps!!!!! All I need to do is add the red glitter so Dorothy can get home in them!!!! :) ( I won't even get in to the story of how the windy conditions outside while spray painting gave me red tips in my hair...just in time for the Women's Seminar...was not happy)...then I had to come up with a mail out for MOPS about our annual "Plant-Off" we have coming up where we get together plant flowers and tailgate at the church!! It's fun!! I'm probably leaving something out, but I can't remember!!! :)
This picture shows how happy Case was to receive his "suitcase" (his security pillow case) from granny...he left it at her house over spring break...he and Hayden also got some Lightening McQueen lip balm...that Case ate later that night while in bed....

WOW...you have been busy, girl!!! I haven't been to a garage sale yet this year, and I'm dying to find some treasures!
Have a great week! Good luck with all those Dorothy shoes :)
My goodness Traci... you are a busy girl. I am so proud of all the thoughtful and creative things you do. Love the pix of you and the boys. Love, MOM
doing karate in a pink jumpsuit...you are really scary!
you are super mom / design/craft expert...
and you manage to have some great hair all the while!
you, laura, kim, cammie, jessica need to all start a family etsy shop...you each could contribute your unique items while increasing marketablility with a variety of items in your shop!
Wow Traci sounds like you are keeping busy. I cannot wait for garage sales to start... I need a boost of creativity. Have a wonderful week.
