Ahhh, fall is here and that pumpkin spice smell is in the air... kind of makes you wanna light a candle and spend the day baking in the kitchen...
So, I did just that today...with my Glade candle glowing, I made some Gingerbread cakes for a Gingerbread Trifle I'm making for a friend's birthday tomorrow and I also made some Pumpkin Pie Dip for us to snack on while dipping Gingersnap cookies in to it!!!! It turned out yummy...

Traci..... I am so proud of you... you try new things all of the time. And on top of that they are always good!!!! Wish I had some of your famous baked beans right now. Yummy! Case looks like he was enjoying the baking day!

I just poured some Pumpkin Spice cream into my coffee.... could use one of those cookies to go along with it. Wish I could just stop by this afternoon. When ARE we gonna get together?
